What are the main tasks that make up your daily work routine?
As a project manager I supervise different projects – from technical planning to project handover. I’m in charge of coordinating the various parties involved in a project.
How do you handle unanticipated challenges during project implementation?
The most important thing for me is to keep a cool head. First I try to get a general idea of the new situation. Then I look for possible ways of solving the problem and get a second opinion if necessary.
How would you describe your personal interior design style in three words?
DISCREET: Nothing that stands out too much visually.
COSY: A comfortable, no-name armchair is preferable to a classic design piece.
CREATIVE: Conventions can be broken.
What would you change at your own work station if you had free rein?
I would pick up and move my work station to a place with a view of nature.
What advice would you give someone who wants to pursue a career in architecture/interior architecture?
To be open to unconventional approaches, even if they don’t work for everyone. Take criticism seriously but not personally – even if it’s about your life’s work.
