How long have you been working for DOBAS?
I've already been working for DOBAS since 2007.
Where did your professional journey take you prior to your current position?
I worked in the same sector previously; just before starting at DOBAS, I spent a year travelling the world with my wife.
What are the main tasks that make up your daily work routine?
I run the planning and HR departments, and am in charge of the areas of production, exports, on-site installation, deadline monitoring and occupational safety.
How do you stay informed?
I take part in export seminars every two years and I regularly attend the open BIM Forum. I get inspired in my daily work routine, as I’m constantly striving to change and improve things.
What materials make your senses tingle?
The scent of Arven wood is very «homey» to me.
What’s lying around your desk that might seem unnecessary to others but is important to you and your motivation?
I have dozens of pens on my desk which I accidentally «steal» from other’s workplaces. They aren’t really essential for my motivation though they certainly are for my productivity.
What building and/or space has left a particularly lasting impression on you and why?
I like igloos. They are 100% biodegradable and, despite the icy cold material they are made of, they provide a comforting warmth.
What fills you with joy and pride in your professional life?
Tackling even difficult projects so that they turn into a positive experience.
What brings you joy in your personal life?
Exploring the world with my family.
