What are the main tasks that make up your daily work routine?
I’m on our Realisation team. I design and draw up plans in collaboration with our project managers.
How would you describe your personal interior design style in three words?
Personal, cosy and colourful.
What has been the strongest influence on your perspective of design/interior architecture/architecture? Why?
During my interior architecture studies I gained insight into the diverse world of interior architecture and design. For example, on a study trip to London, we got to visit a number of buildings and interiors. The city’s character is shaped by the variety of of buildings from different eras. That showed me that, with good planning, almost anything is possible – and that is exactly what I find so exciting about our job.
How do you find inspiration for new projects?
I enjoy reading magazines about interior architecture and design or researching them on the internet. I also love to travel and get to know other building styles and and methods.
What advice would you give someone who wants to pursue a career in architecture/interior architecture?
Always start a project with a positive attitude. When you enjoy your job it shows in the designs and draftings.
