Interior Design Realisation for a Luxurious Flagship Boutique in Saudi Arabia
We realised the design of an exclusive monobrand boutique for Saddik & Mohamed Attar Co. in El Khayyat Mall. With a 496-sqm interior spread out over two floors, the boutique creates a luxurious shopping experience for a world-famous watch brand. Our services included implementation planning as well as the production, export and installation of all the built-in elements.

A well-known luxury watch brand commissioned us to implement the design of their new flagship store in El Khayyat Mall in Jeddah. The nearly 500-sqm boutique stands out for its modern design and superior materials. Thanks to our precise working methods and comprehensive know-how, we ensured that the flagship store met all the highest quality and implementation standards.
One of the project’s highlights is the 25-metre-tall façade, which shapes the architecture with its elegant, flowing lines. Inside, there is a curved, slightly oval staircase that connects the two floors. In addition to the world-famous watch brand’s boutique area, there are also exclusive VIP rooms.
Another special feature of this project was the first-time use of glass block from Italy for the walls and floor. In order to fulfil both design and safety requirements, we developed prototypes and did thorough testing on the material beforehand.
Implementing a two-storey boutique always puts a high demand on planning and coordination teams. There was also the added challenge of doing the installation work during the hot summer months in Jeddah. Thanks to our many years of experience and detailed plans, the new flagship store was completed on time and opened as planned in October 2023.
