What are the main tasks that make up your daily work routine?

As a project manager I ensure that deadlines are met, act as an interface between specialist planners, clients and suppliers, monitor quality and oversee the final acceptance of construction projects. 

How do you handle unanticipated challenges during project implementation?

I always try to face challenges with a cool head and solve them in a structured way.

What has been your most challenging project to date and what did you learn from it?

I have had the privilege of being involved in several prestigious projects, which are always very challenging. Seeing the final result always gives you a feeling of satisfaction. In every project there always new things to learn. 

What do you need at your work station at all times?

I always have a small print calendar within reach, which gives me an overview of deadlines at all times. «Old school», but extremely helpful...

How do you relax after a long day at work?

Since I commute via public transport, I like to use this time to change gears from work mode to family mode.
